Medication management is one of the most misunderstood parts of psychiatric care. Many patients come to me having been on the same medication for years with no one checking whether it is still the right fit, the right dose, or whether something better might exist. Others are just starting out and feel overwhelmed by the options. Either way, my approach is the same: we make decisions together, based on your specific biology, your goals, and how you are actually feeling.
Getting the medication right takes time and attention. It is not a one-size-fits-all process. I pay close attention to how you respond, what side effects you are experiencing, and whether your treatment is moving you toward the life you want. When something is not working, we adjust. When something is working, we talk about what comes next.

All visits are available via secure telehealth throughout Utah.
